'd bought some LED lights last year or the year before and the white LED's cast a sort of freaky bluish hue when all lit up. It just wasn't the effect I was going for at all! lolSo, it was bothering me so much that I decided to look through the lights to see what I had and I had enough strands of the miniature white lights (indoor/outdoor), that I thought they would look pretty outside (and match our tree that you can see in the front window). So that was my project today... take down all the house lights I'd already put on, put on the new ones... AND... do it all in about a 30 mph wind (or stronger)!!!! I was so excited when I put the lights on last time (about a week ago) thinking, 'Hey, this isn't bad at all! I remember it being so much colder last year!' While it STILL wasn't quite as cold as last year, it was very, very chilly (to the bone, chilly) and that darn wind kept blowing the lights against the house and popping them out of the clips and ugh... it was a mess!
I know one thing for sure... I'm gonna sleep well tonight! LOL
