We've been so busy today... made homemade chocolate chip cookies, painted Nicki's toenails, made bead ornaments AND Nicki did her first ornament kit she got from Grandma & Grandad! Busy, busy bees we were today! LOL
I had some acrylic paints and just gave her little globs of extra colors (other than the 4 that came in the ceramic ornament kit) and let her go off in her 'clubhouse' and do her 'thing'! LOL I think they turned out really cute. And just as a side note, the bear has freaky eyes because I didn't have any black paint (well, I did, but it was all dried out). She wanted it to have black eyes, but the paint situation didn't allow that! LOL

Those turned out very cute!!! Sounds like a great package from the grandparents!!! How nice! Do you guys decorate gingerbread houses? I'm looking forward to doing that this year with Jocely. Something we've never done!
Are you kidding?!!! We have made a tradition of doing gingerbread houses every year! We aren't the best at it, and don't eat them, but they are lots of fun to make!
She did a great job! How fun! That is so cool how she gets care packages!
